Oil pourer

The oil pourers will have slight variances as they are handmade, but all are roughly 13.5cm in height (including the spout) and can hold approximately 320ml of oil. 

We love these oil pourers, so we want you to love them as much as we do. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we understand and are here to help. 

Returns & Exchanges  

Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and safely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on items damaged due to mishandling. 

Return Process  

Email us at rekindletreehouses@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
