Terms & Conditions
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.
Rates are for 1 or 2 people only.
Smoking Policy - This is a non smoking property.
Pets - We are generally unable to have pets stay as there is another dog on site, but please reach out to talk about a specific circumstance and we can try our best to accommodate this.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will result in 100% of the total booking price to be charged.
- Credit cards supplied at the time of booking will be used to charge any cancellation fees.
- Rekindle Treehouses reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as serious weather events. Should this happen, a full refund will be given.
Arrival & Departure Times

Each treehouse at Rekindle Treehouses operates on a self check in process where a key lockbox code will be provided prior to your stay

Check in is anytime from 3pm and check out is 10am. We will do our very best to accommodate any requests for an early check in or a late check out.
Liability
​
Rekindle Treehouses accept no responsibility for loss or damage to guest property throughout the duration of the stay.

​You acknowledge that you will be staying at Rekindle Treehouses at your own risk. To the extent permitted by NZ law, Rekindle Treehouses disclaims all liability for any loss or damage suffered (including physical injury and liability for negligence) while staying on the property.
Additional Charges
​
Additional charges will be added if there is damage to the treehouse or any equipment, contents, fixtures or fittings etc.
​
Obvious indiscriminate mess left in the Retreat will attract an excess cleaning charge for any extra cleaning required over and above the ordinary course of cleaning the property.
​
We will let you know of any such additional charges within 48 hours of checkout.
